Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Robert Halas, who operates MaxiMarket as an individual (“MaxiMarket”, “we”), for the use of maximarket.info. By using MaxiMarket you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. The service
MaxiMarket audits individual public web pages for technical readiness: crawler access, metadata, structured data and related site files, checked against the published MaxiMarket Audit Standard. With a free account you can save websites and pages, track audits over time, organize findings, create fix briefs, and connect a coding agent through MCP (see section 4). MaxiMarket audits only the addresses you submit; it does not crawl whole sites. The service is a free public beta; there are no paid plans.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, and able to enter into this agreement.
- If you use MaxiMarket for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
- Give a real email address you control. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to your email secure; tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- One person per account; do not share sign-in links.
- Accounts that are never used are removed automatically, as described in the Privacy Policy. Accounts you use, and what you save in them, are not affected.
3. Addresses you submit
Submit only publicly accessible pages that you own, manage, or are otherwise permitted to have audited. You are responsible for the addresses you submit. MaxiMarket requests each page and a few related public files a limited number of times. Each audit requests the page with a MaxiMarket user agent; when a page’s content is built by scripts, the audit also loads it in an unmodified headless browser, which reports its default identity. MaxiMarket is not a tool for testing systems you are not authorized to test. If you watch a page, MaxiMarket audits it again automatically on a schedule (about weekly) until you stop watching it, and may email you about meaningful changes; you can turn those emails off at any time.
With Website SEO Audit (in early access, for approved accounts), MaxiMarket can crawl a website saved in your account. A crawl follows links and sitemaps on that one site and audits each page it finds, up to the page limit you choose (at most 500 pages). It reads robots.txt and follows it, sends about one request per second to the site, and stops if the site refuses too many requests. It does not run JavaScript. Crawl only websites you own or manage, or that you are allowed to test this way. During early access, crawls are free, may wait in a queue, and are limited in how many you can start.
4. Agent access and API
- With an account you can create API tokens for coding agents that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), or for our REST API. A token acts for your account within the permissions you give it. Keep tokens secret like a password; you are responsible for what is done with them. Revoke a token you no longer use or that may be exposed.
- Audits requested with a token are subject to these terms, including sections 3 and 5, and to usage limits.
- MaxiMarket receives page addresses and returns audit results and Fix Briefs. It does not access your source code or repository. Changes your agent makes are made in your environment and are your responsibility; review them before you deploy.
- How token and request data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use MaxiMarket to probe, scan or attack systems, including attempts to reach private, internal or local network addresses, or to use MaxiMarket as a proxy;
- perform security testing, load testing or vulnerability scanning of MaxiMarket itself without our written permission;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls or usage limits, for example by rotating addresses or automating account creation;
- access other people’s accounts or data, or try to;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- scrape the service or its content in bulk, or resell or white-label it, without our permission;
- use the service in violation of law or the rights of others.
6. Audit results and the Technical Score
Audit results describe what MaxiMarket observed from its server at the time of the audit, under the Audit Standard version shown in the report. The Technical Score measures technical readiness against that standard only. It is not a search ranking, and it does not predict or guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, or visibility in search engines or AI systems, which also depend on content, relevance, authority and decisions of those platforms. Results can differ between audits, standard versions and network locations. Fix briefs are generated from audit results and published rule guidance; review changes before applying them. Workflow states and notes are your own tracking and do not change audit results.
7. Availability and changes
As a beta, MaxiMarket may change, add or remove features, change usage limits, or be unavailable at times. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will give signed-in users reasonable notice where practical so they can review their saved data.
8. Intellectual property
The MaxiMarket software, design, brand and the text of the Audit Standard belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service and your audit reports and fix briefs for your own purposes, including sharing them with the people who work on your websites. These terms do not transfer any other rights to you.
9. Your data
You keep your rights in the information you submit and save (addresses, page names, groups, notes). You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Audits are temporary until you add them to Sites, which needs an account. Audits run without an account have no history, and unsaved audits are deleted automatically after the period stated in the Privacy Policy. Until then, anyone who has an unsaved signed-out audit’s ID can open its result.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using MaxiMarket at any time and delete your account from the account page; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may limit, suspend or close access if you breach these terms, create risk for others or the service, or where required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond, unless that would be unlawful or compromise security.
11. Disclaimer
MaxiMarket is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including about uninterrupted availability or that results will be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or rankings, arising from use of the free service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@maximarket.info so we can try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when features change. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, notify signed-in users by email or in the product before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
